10ft Observation Full Glass Unit – Portable Office & Security Booth

The 10ft Observation / Full Glass Unit is a compact modular workspace designed for applications where visibility, natural light and an enclosed working environment are required. Its large fixed-glazed windows provide clear views around the unit, making it suitable for security stations, gatehouses, porter’s lodges, site supervision offices, parking control points and other commercial or industrial applications.

Constructed from mild steel, the unit combines a rigid exterior structure with an insulated interior. The reference configuration includes 60 mm insulation in the walls and floor and 100 mm roof insulation, helping provide a more comfortable enclosed workspace in changing weather conditions.

The unit is fitted with four windows positioned around the structure to provide natural light and visibility. A steel entrance door provides controlled access to the interior.

Inside, the floor consists of cement-bound chipboard with a PVC top layer, providing a practical surface for everyday commercial use. Interior finishes may be available in white or oak veneer depending on the supplied configuration.

The reference electrical configuration includes an external power connection, 36W interior light and 2kW convector heater. Buyers should verify the electrical specification and compatibility of the individual unit before installation.
