The 20Ft Slate Gray Shiplap 120V Shipping Container Office with Mini Split provides an enclosed and climate-controlled workspace built within a one-trip steel shipping container.

Designed for use as a portable office, studio, project workspace or other suitable commercial space, this 20-foot unit combines a steel container structure with a finished interior and installed electrical and climate-control equipment.

The interior features a shiplap finish with closed-cell spray-foam insulation, including insulation beneath the floor. This creates a finished workspace suitable for locations where additional enclosed working space is required.

A 12,000 BTU mini-split system provides both heating and cooling. The office is equipped with a 120V electrical system, LED lighting and multiple electrical outlets for compatible office equipment and other devices.

Access is provided through a 36-inch walk-through door, while two 48 x 36-inch windows provide natural light. Tubular framing is incorporated around the door and window openings.
