1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must remain in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • The product must not have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an invoice, order confirmation, or receipt, must be provided.

Container Dream Homes LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or modified containers.

  • Special-order products built to customer specifications.

  • Products that have been altered, damaged, or misused after delivery.

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as non-refundable.

  • Products returned after the 30-day return period.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photographs (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

4. Return Shipping

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

  • The product is not returned in its original condition.

Any applicable restocking or transportation charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
