The 10Ft ModiBox Portable Office Container provides a compact, enclosed workspace suitable for construction sites, industrial facilities, commercial properties and temporary office applications. Built around a durable steel container structure, the unit combines security, practical interior finishing and electrical facilities within a space-saving 10-foot footprint.

The exterior features a secure personnel access door and an anti-vandal window, providing natural light while allowing the window to be protected when the office is not in use. The steel exterior can be finished in standard RAL colors depending on available configuration.

Inside, the office is lined and insulated to provide a more practical working environment throughout changing weather conditions. The interior includes durable vinyl flooring, providing an easy-to-maintain surface suitable for everyday commercial use.
