The office measures approximately 20 ft × 8 ft and features a dedicated personnel entrance for convenient access. Two windows provide natural light and ventilation, while exterior steel shutters provide additional protection when the office is closed or not in use.

Inside, the ModiBox Office is insulated and melamine lined, providing a finished interior workspace. Vinyl flooring creates a practical surface suitable for regular office use. The electrical package includes two double electrical sockets, two 5-foot strip lights, one heater, a consumer unit and an external electrical hookup.
