We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders for purchases made through our website.

2. Payment Requirements

In some cases, an authorization hold may be placed on your payment method to verify available funds. Such holds are controlled by your financial institution and may take several business days to be released.

4. Order Confirmation and Invoices

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your invoice and transaction details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and contact information provided during checkout is accurate and current.
Additional documentation may be requested for high-value transactions or for fraud prevention purposes.

5. Pricing and Billing Errors

While we strive to ensure that all pricing information displayed on our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

Correct any pricing, typographical, or billing errors.
Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or information.
Issue a full refund if an order is canceled due to a pricing error.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders that have not yet entered processing or shipment may be canceled by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and return policies will apply.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times vary by financial institution but generally take between 5 and 10 business days after approval.
